You may apply for this Short Stay (MKV) visa if you are travelling to Suriname for medical treatment or health‑related purposes. This category is intended for applicants who require medical care during a short stay (>90 days) in the country.
Scanned copy of the passport cover page.
Police clearance certificate, duly legalised.
Recent medical report detailing diagnosis, treatment requirement, and expected duration of treatment.
Documents demonstrating ability to cover medical treatment and stay expenses.

Your visa application photograph must meet certain criteria regarding size and content. Submitting photos that do not meet these criteria can delay the visa application process.
